Once your SANTACHATTER account data is expunged, it is removed from our active database. Yet, certain personal details could stay in our archives for reasons mentioned above and as per our Terms of Sale.

Post certain transactions, like account creation or purchase of Content or SANTACHATTER Mobile Apps, we retain the right to send you pertinent communications, which can include service announcements, administrative messages, surveys about your account, and other non-marketing related messages.
